Don Alexander, Architect, Director, leads with his extensive experience directing client teams, managing countless national retail and commercial design projects for more than twelve years. Don continues to consistently develop and increase existing and new client relationships for the firm while achieving excellence in project execution and delivery.
Richard Knapp, Electrical Engineer, P.E., Director, employs a logical, thoughtful approach to the design of sustainable systems for national commercial and multi-family projects. Rich has more than a decade of experience at the firm managing client partners and specification standards in addition to allocating risk management.
Jonathan Novak, Architect, Design Director, plays a key role in the firm’s global design direction, leading a talented team of architects and designers. The depth of Jon’s international project experience as a design architect makes him a valued resource for design capability and insight.
